Hummus and Veggie Whole Grain Wrap
Butternut Squash Soup

Snack
Carrot Sticks
Handful of Almonds

Dinner
Carrots Sticks
Pineapple
Handful of Almonds

Dinner was ‘on the road’ tonight as I was heading over to friends place. Dinner needed to be something quick and easy that I could eat in the car between the gym and their place.
